haha it's been so long since i've posted! last post was dec 2010...

so much has changed since then :)
i'm writing this post because a fellow friend and follower, cindy tang replied to my tweet about changing my tumblr to a personal blog, and she reminded me about this blog :)

i don't have time to make such long blog posts like i have before, i'm sorry about that! so much has happened this year!
i'll make a quick catch up :)

(a very recent photo of me! do you guys still recognise me? haha i look a little different compared to before! what do you think? i had a dermal on my face for a year+ but i took it out last month to let it heal a bit...i will get it back next month? now i just use some shadow on the spot to make it look like a mole haha i really like it though XD)

* i've been so busy this year, i'm in 2nd year fashion now, i graduate in late November this year! im so happy and excited hehe
*i will not study advanced fashion for an extra year, because i have decided to study make up and special effects at college for a year, very very excited! i love fashion and make up has always been one of my interests! i figured it will be an advantage having fashion and make up certificates
* i have grown up :) i also lost weight too! my interests has changed as well :) i moved on from japanese/asian culture to just....being me hehe i don't have a particular type of clothing style now, i just embrace every type and i get inspired by it :) my make up style has changed too!
* i don't wear circle lenses anymore! remember when i used to be a big fan? now i just wear the natural sized ones, i really like grey, green and hazel! for that natural look :)
* i've got 3 jobs...2 retail jobs, one selling clothes and the other selling jewellery and the other is just a casual club job where i work at the register :)
* i have my own brand/logo etc :) it's called Joey de Vivre! sound familiar? haha it's not set but i'm working on it! i'm thinking of purchasing a domain and making my own website/personal blog :) i'll see how it goes!

ok enough talking, ill post a few pictures from a few months ago till now!

i look so orange in this photo! damn iphone camera haha but i did get a good tan in jan this year! my tan faded a little, so i can't wait to get tanned again when i go thailand in dec :)

hey everyone!

just thought i'd share my Halloween with you! hehe
to celebrate it, i went clubbing on friday (29th) and saturday (30th)
i dressed up differently for both days hehe

Friday 29th:
i dressed up as a gothic devil haha!

i aimed my make up to be more on the scary/dark side :)

1. Sweep light silver eyeshadow under brow bone, over lids, under eyes and inner corners. Use a dark silver or black eyeshadow over corner of lids on top and bottom of the eyes

2. Line top and bottom eyes with black pencil, creating a cat eye shape as a guide :)

3. Line over the cat eye shape guide with black gel eyeliner, also exaggerate the cat eye, making it thicker!

4. Sweep black eyeshadow over the eyeliner to set it while also blending it with the shadow, so it won't look as harsh! At this point, i decided to use a black felt tip eyeliner to draw in a pointed inner corner on the eyes!

5. Add false top and bottom eyelashes and your done! :)

some of my friends said i look scary haha! but i didn't mind, it was what i aimed for :)

Saturday 30th:
i dressed up as a cat/rabbit? haha XD

sorry guys i didn't take close ups of my face for that night :( these are just random pictures taken at the club to share hehe

hey everyone!!!!

it's been so long...
i'm finally on my long holidays and finished my year of studying :)
so now i have so much time on my hands!

it's time to get back into blogging :)
i will be posting about many different things! please look forward to it ^____^

let's start now!!!

1. Khaki eyes:

khaki eyeshadow, black pencil eye liner, gone over with black eyeshadow. used false top and bottom lashes

2. Simple make up with red lips:

this is one of my favorite looks :) i love red lips!

gold and brown eyeshadow, black gel eyeliner set over with black eyeshadow. mascara lashes and add top false lashes.

3. Sweet make up:

i really like this look because it's simple yet girly ^___^ i wore this look to a music festival, Stereosonic!

shimmery shadows used (cream, medium brown, dark brown), black gel eyeliner and black eyeshadow, mascara, top false lashes

4. Smokey brown eyes make up! i wore this to a music festival, Bass Control!

i like this look ^__^ lately i've been wearing a lot of browns! i really like browns hehe

shimmery browns used! cream under brows and inner corner of eyes. medium brown over lids, dark brown on crease and outer corner of eyes.
black eyeliner and black eyeshadow used. mascara then add top false lashes :)

as i said, i have been wearing brown almost every time i wear make up!
i recently bought these 2 shadow palettes from 'Models Prefer' brand! they are SO affordable!
i love the eye shadows, they aren't too powdery, but they are so shimmery which is a plus!
you save so much more money instead of buying Japanese brands such as Canmake, Kate etc because the shades are almost similar to theirs!

1. Models Prefer 4 colour 'plum palette' = $4AUD

2. Models Prefer 9 colour 'warm palette' = $6AUD

i love these 2 palettes SO much!!!!! they also have a smokey palette (grey/black) so i am planning to buy that one soon :)

*SYDNEY GIRLS! you can buy these from any Priceline store! i really recommenced this to you :)*

hey everyone!!!!!

finally i'm home for once! i have been going out and partying...lol!
time for an update :)
i have so much to show you all! but i haven't taken pictures of every single thing yet haha...

where to start?!?

well...i've gone to ash blonde as you all know!
i got it dyed at Kippo in the city, an Asian hair salon run by hairdressers from Hong Kong etc
i had to bleach it TWICE ($100 for each bleaching), treatment ($65) and the final ash blonde dying ($140) !! i needed 2 of the hairdressers to do my hair since it is too long haha...

(from L to R: first bleaching...then 2nd bleaching!!)

this was the first week of my new hair! it looks really ashy! but now it's almost been 2 months and it has faded to a more warmer blonde! but you can still see some ashy parts!

hmm i also got my tongue and face dermal pierced!! so exciting hahah

both piercings didn't hurt that bad! you only feel the pain when they piercing goes through! after that, you don't feel anything!
though i must say the tongue piercing required the most time and effort to heal! i couldn't eat solid food for a week...it hurt my tongue when i tried to eat! so i had to eat mashed potatoes, soup and drink drink drink!

my face dermal!! you can see the bandage spot mark haha! i had to put a bandage over it for 10days while it heals! i am really happy with this :)

my new contacts has also arrived! i ordered:

i am wearing the Sweet Pink lenses hehe:

i really like these lens! the pink stands out well! and the design of the lens is just magical! it looks dreamy in a way...but a bit scary too haha!

and a close up of the eyes and make up i've got on:

for the eyeshadow i have used Revlon's ColorStay Mineral Eyeshadow in "Tiger Eye 01" i really love it! it's shimmery :)

i have also used this eyeshadow for this make up look: i am also wearing the Candy Magic Green lenses!!!

1. Use light gold shadow on brow bone and around tear ducts and inner corner of the eyes. Use medium brown shadow all over lid. Use dark brown shadow on corner of lids and over eye socket and on lower lash line.

2. Line eyes with pencil eyeliner to create the shape you desire. Then go over it with black gel eyeliner.

3. Use black eyeshadow to set the eyeliners and blend with the brown eyeshadow to soften the look. Mascara top and lower eyelashes.

4. Add false lashes!!! :) i am using "Lash Me" eyelashes!

the overall look on my face:

this is me wearing the Adult Grey contacts!! the lenses stands out really well when flash is used or when you are in the sun :)

and my overall make up look: can you see my tattoo? hehe

this was how my inner wrists looked on the night i got inked!
it was swollen...but luckily it did not feel itchy at all! :) the scabs healed within 2 weeks and a few days!

and this is a slightly better picture of it...when the tattoo was a few days old!
Left inner Wrist: "C'est la Vie" which means "such is life"
Right inner Wrist: "Joie de Vivre" which means "the joy of living" (also my blog name if you haven't noticed hehe)

haha well that's all for now! my next post will be about the make up, accessories i have purchased! :) this is the last week of my holidays :( then i will be very busy again with tafe work!

hey everyone :)

wow i can't believe it has almost been 2 MONTHS since i've blogged!
i'm so sorry! as usual, i am busy everyday...with Fashion work and my jobs :'(
i'm feeling pretty over worked right now, and stress is kicking in!

i still take some pictures once in a while before a night out! (i am rarely a party animal now!)
this is just a short notice to let you guys know i'm not gone for good hehe

I WILL BE BACK! ^___^
i have holidays in around 3 weeks so i shall get back to blogging then and make up for it :)

SOME SHORT UPDATES THAT'S BEEN GOING ON WITH ME:

* dyed hair ash blonde at hairdressers = $405
* got tongue pierced
* got 2 tattoos, one phrase on each inner wrist

* ordered 4 pairs of new lenses! will do a review etc on them once i receive them in around a week or two :) i rarely wear lenses now since i don't have any left because i have scratched/torn some of my other ones LOL! but i actually enjoy my make up without lens now! :)

i have also been thinking if i should give you guys out my personal Facebook page link or make a seperate one if you guys have any questions about make up, fashion, life etc since i'm not always blogging! suggestions? :)

remember when i mentioned i have deco-ed my mirror???
finally going to post pictures up of my work :)
it took me around 4-5hrs to complete! (the small 2mm pearls that border the mirror took me so long!)

since deco parts in Australia are rare and expensive, i purchased all my parts online from Yuki! :) this is her site please check it out!
she sells so many beautiful parts and accessories and also Japanese magazines!

these are the some of the parts i have used on my mirror and bought from her! i have purchased 3 times from her, shipping is fast and the parts are in perfect condition! :)

here is a small step by step guide to how i deco-ed my mirror!

1. I bought this Hello Kitty mirror from San Francisco's Sanrio store years ago! XD you can tell since it's scratching away haha

2. Started off with painting the mirror with magic polish! this is great for easy peeling off if you want to change the deco parts! then i started decorating the border!

3. Started decorating! usually people add in the big parts first but i just started from the corner and worked my way up LOL

4. After finishing, i found the mirror lacking something...so i used light blue 2mm pearls and decorated the thin border! if you can see it hehe

proving it to you that it's actually mine :P i had so much superglue on my fingers!!

i look angry when i took this...it was because i was in a sad/angry mood lol

and yes! i am REALLY happy! i have scored 2 jobs in Retail! YAY :)

UPDATE: Make Up Purchases

hey everyone!

i want to thank each and every one of you for your supporting and kind comments of the rough patch i was experiencing...*heart*

(before i went clubbing lol)

sorry i have not been blogging! i am on holidays and i was not home for a week so i had no access to a computer, and these days i have been applying for jobs in Fashion Retail and have been going to interviews and hanging out with friends!

but of course i have taken pictures of what i have recently purchased!
i will do a separate post for the Accessories i have bought too :)

LET'S START!

1. I ordered GEO Nudy Golden Blue lens (CH-932) from a Facebook store based in Australia! it cost me only $20 AUD for the lens which is cheap :)

it also came with free lens case :) BUT the sad thing is, i only wore these ONCE when i went to clubbing a few weeks ago! and during the night one of the lens popped out of my eye (i dont know how/when because i was intoxicated) but it was so sad when i sobered up and found out one had gone :( i really like these lenses/style! i might re order them again or buy a different blue lens lol

i have a problem where sometimes the lens can pop out because of my eye size. it really annoys me when a lens may pop out when i blink :( i don't like putting back lens on once my make up is done.

2. Remember my past post where i bought these bargain lashes?

this is how Style 056 looks like on me:

3. Remember when i told you i ordered 3 products from AVON? here they are :)

* Glimmersticks eye liner in Blackest Black: $4 AUD

i love this eyeliner! it is really smooth and it is also VERY black :)

* Ideal Shade Creme-to-Powder Foundation in Natural Beige: $12.50 AUD

this really does what it's name says! when you touch it, it feels creamy, almost like a mousse foundation, but once you apply it to the face, instead of a cream texture it feels like powder!
i really like the secret compartment in this product! i can also store my false eyelashes or other small things in there!

the downside of this product i don't like is the SMELL of the foundation! to me, it smells really strong and artificial (lol?) i can practically smell it off my face and i don't like it :(

* Ideal Shade Liquid Foundation in Natural Beige: $12.50 AUD

absolutely LOVE this foundation! i love liquid foundation :) this feels smooth and light and it smells great! it smells fresh and light, unlike the other foundation!

4. 0520 Eyelashes: $9 AUD

please don't be fooled by the packaging! this is obviously a rip off of the Japanese D.U.P Eyelashes packaging haha but i really liked the eyelashes so i bought it!
*GIRLS IN SYDNEY! I BOUGHT THIS FROM HOT DOLLAR! I FORGOT TO MENTION, BUT I ALSO BOUGHT THE 5 PAIR CHEAP EYELASHES FROM HOT DOLLAR TOO! :)*

this short *lazy* make up tutorial shows me wearing these eyelashes, i love them!

my whole face...lol i know i rarely take shots showing my full frontal face!

5. Korean brand pink blush: $8 AUD

i love this shade of pink! it is very cute and reminds me of a shade from CandyDoll :)

you can clearly see the blush properly in this photo :) lol my hair is like 2 different shades now from fading! XD

on the 28th July, i had my 1st Fashion Design presentation! i will post pictures of me modeling for my friend's presentation and i will also show you the dress i had made and got my friend to model :)
for my model who was going to wear my dress, i was experimenting with hairstyles to create for her that will suit my dress! i decided to make a bow shape inspired 'do! i was really proud of it :)

hehe me being comfortable at home with no make up and in home clothes :P

anyways i hope this was an interesting post!

Break Ups & Heart Aches

hey everyone.

something sad happened today, my boyfriend broke up with me.
and i did say i will make a post about him and i!

(him and me at the grand opening of the club i promote for)

His name is Marc, 3 years older than me. he is half Filipino and Australian. we met on Dec last year through a mutual friend. Then we were an item on March 20th. We have been together for 3 months...

long story cut short:
some problems started to arise when i started promoting for a night club, and it came to a point where he wanted to break up, but i talked him into staying.
now that i think of it, that was wrong for me to do. i thought things were going well, as i would quit promoting and going clubbing for him. But noope, he told me how he felt last night and today we officially broke it off and i let go. i finally understood this relationship was going no where because he didn't allow us to move forward. i was the only one who keeps trying, and he wasn't making an effort, so i don't see the point in me trying any harder..

i realised i was blinded in a way by this relationship. i also realised i was the only one fighting to keep us together when he didn't really make an effort. i should have seen the signs.

he was my 2nd boyfriend, since i don't play games because i prefer serious relationships. My 1st boyfriend an i was together for 2 years and 3 months.
but i am coping fine with this...i had a cry last night and today, i will build a bridge and get over it!

i know some of you out there have experienced the same/or something similar. but i am staying positive and you all should too if you are experiencing some hardships with your partner!

here are some pictures i'd like to share with you of our memories we shared!
many people tell me they expect me to date guys who are chinese/japanese/korean etc but i'm not picky as long as we get a long and stuff...

it still hurts thinking back to the good times and memories we had made, even listening to some songs reminds me of him, such as songs we both listened to in his car...
we are both Supra lovers, and he owns one.

that night where he took me here and asked me out...it was such a beautiful sight, i love the harbor bridge at night!

we went to play "Aqua golf" ! it was cool, it's like playing gold but you hit it into the water! lol

i loved surprising him with little things. such as these cute and yummy cupcakes!!!!

we both LOVED pocky!

it's sad that i have to give him back his apartment keys...it's sad to walkout the door and say goodbye to what we had. but i did not regret being with him at all, it was fun while it lasted.

we are always experiencing many things. i am young, you are young and we have so much more to experience and learn. of course i have learnt some things in our relationship, and it just makes me stronger and i can feel it.
i know if something is meant to be, it will happen one day!

UPDATE: Accessory Purchases + Make Up Looks

hey everyone :)

this is a post showing some of my purchases i have made recently! i bought new clothes too, but i haven't taken pictures of them yet XD

let's get started!
DIVA (Australian Jewelery store) was having their mid year sale so of course i took advantage of it hehe i think it's cheap! i wouldn't normally spend $30 on a necklace or ring lol

1. Native/Bohemian Necklace: $5 AUD

i love the details on this necklace! and the feathers add a great touch to it as well :)

2.Gold x Black set of Bangles: $7 AUD

3. "Love" Pearl Bracelet: $3 AUD

i think this is very cute! it has a dangling diamante at the end too hehe

4. Gold x Black Chain Bracelet: $5 AUD

love this bracelet! it has many charms on it and i love the hanging gold chains on it too!

5. Gold Antique look Ring: $5 AUD

6. Silver x Black Ring: $5 AUD

7. Black x Silver 3 in 1 Ring: $5 AUD

i love these kind of rings where you can fit 2 or 3 fingers on!
this style is very cool with a rock chic feel to it hehe

8. Pink x Gold Quilted Sling Bag: $30 AUD

i am in LOVE with this bag!!! it was love at first sight hehe
the bag is VERY soft, and i think it is very cute and feminine! the quilted design with the gold studs are gorgeous :) and not to mention the ruffles!!!! so cute

9. Silver Sequined Heels: $10 AUD

okay! so this look was created i think 2 weeks ago before i went clubbing! :)
i really like this look! the green shadow makes my eyes stand out!

How i acheived this look:

1. Highlight brows with white shadow
2. Sweep Green shadow all over lid and halfway through lower lid.
3. Add white shadow to inner corner of eyes
4. Eyeliner pencil around the eye, then set it with gel eyeliner + black eyeshadow
5. Mascara top + bottom lashes
6. Add top lashes + separate lashes to bottom outer lashes

a close up of my eyes...LOL i realised how dodgy i applied my false lashes haha please forgive me! ^___^"

the theme the club i went to (and work at) was "Winter Wonderland" so to get into the theme, i wore my white ear muffs i bought from HK :) the club even had snow machines!
it was really cool since it doesn't snow in Sydney! :( unless you visit other parts of Australia haha i've only seen/played with snow ONCE!

i have also recently deco-ed my purse mirror! i have finished it 2 weeks ago hehe i will post it up in my next post :)
my friend is an AVON Rep, and i have ordered 2 foundations and an eyeliner from her, so i will show you them in the next post too! this is my 1st time purchasing Avon products :)
i think i will also make a post about my boyfriend and i next time hehe

im so excited to show you some of my make up looks i've created and some products i have bought :) let's get started!!!!!

* Golden x Brown Smokey Eye*

1. Golden Brown Shadow on lids and lower lash line:

2. Dark Brown shadow on outer corners on lid and lower lash line.
Then using a pencil liner, line around eyes while also creating a 'wing'.
Then set it with gel eyeliner and black shadow. Mascara and curl lashes:

3. Add false lashes on upper and lower lashes and add mascara:

* Silver Blue Eyes*

1. Use a silvery blue shadow all over lid and lower lash line.
2. Use white shadow on inner corner of eyes.
3. Line upper lash line, then set it with gel eyeliner and black shadow over.
4. Mascara top + bottom lashes.
5. Add false top + bottom lashes.

i'm wearing the *Silver Blue Eyes* make up look :)

* Purple Haze Smokey Eye*

1. Light brown shadow all over life and on lower lash line.
2. Purple shadow on crease and outer corner of the eye and lower lash line.
3. Line around your whole eye with pencil liner, then set with gel eyeliner and black shadow.
4. Mascara top + bottom lashes.
5. Add false lashes to top lashes only.

*Snowy Eyes*

1. White shadow all over the eye + lower lash line.
2. Curl and mascara top + Bottom lashes.
3. Add false lashes to your top lashes.

*Brown Smokey Eye*

1. Brown shadow all over lid.
2. Pencil line around your eye while making thicker lines from the outer corner to thinner lines to the inner corner of the eye. Set it with gel eyeliner and black shadow over it.
3. Curl and mascara top + bottom lashes.

*Dramatic Eye*

1. Light silver shadow all over lid.
2. Pencil line top lashes. Then DON'T line on your real lower lash line, but instead leave a small gap and line under it. Creating the illusion of larger eyes.
3. Set it with gel eyeliner and black shadow.
4. Use a white pencil liner and line your real lower lash line.
5. Curl and mascara top + bottom lashes.
6. Add false lashes on top lash and individual false lashes on bottom lashes. (make sure you put the falsies on the eyeliner NOT your real lower lashes)

i'm wearing the *Dramatic Eye* make up look :)

before i'm off to clubbing hehe XD

i was bored with plain coloured nails before, so i decided to attempt a Leopard print pattern on my nails! i was really happy with the outcome! i think it looks like a Leopard print pretty well XD
i used BYS nail polish in pink, yellow and purple!

i remember i made a previous post about the BYS nail polishes i have bought :) this Australian make up brand is starting to get popular in Japan! hehe

in the last 2 posts you may have noticed my blue nails! These are my current colour :) the brand is T.B.N in "Blue Fluoro" for $3 AUD!

i recently ordered 2 make up products from SaSa.com! since Australia doesn't have a SaSa store, i had to order online :(

1. Naris Up Waterproof Felt tip eyeliner: $8 AUD

i've heard many good reviews about this product, so i decided to try it out! i've never used a felt tip liquid eyeliner before so i'm excited to try it out :)

2. Eyelash Extension for lower lashes x2: $2.10 AUD each

do you remember when i bought a pair of these from HK's SaSa store? (shown in the front packet on the 1st picture) well, i've lost one of the lashes! (explains the empty side in the case) this happens sometimes, where ill leave eyelashes on the table, then my arm or hair will pick it up and it takes me a while to find it :(
so i had no luck in finding the missing half, so i was really upset! BUT i was saved when SaSa restocked them!!!! that explains why i bought 2 pairs, just in case i ever lose them again haha

i REALLY recommend these for your lower lashes! they have a clear base, they give that dolly look! and they are DEAD cheap!
but as you can see on the front packet, i have put mascara on them so it darkens the lashes and also clamps them up together forming pointy and spikey lashes which look really good! (i am actually wearing them on my 1st and 2nd make up looks!)

a few days ago, i've stumbled across these CHEAP AS eyelashes in a bargain shop!!!!!!!
THEY ONLY COST $3 AUD FOR 5 PAIRS!! :D

i was so excited so i bought 3 packets each with a different style to try out :)

1. Style F-5 (thick and spikey lashes)

2. Style F-10 (long, separated and spikey lashes)

3. Style 056 (Long, spikey, fat lashes)

you can see that the outer lashes are longer than the inner ones :D
i haven't tried these out yet, but i'll be sure to post pictures when i do! and if im really satisfied, ill probably go back and buy some other styles hehe

the fur collar is so stylish i love it! i also wear it with other outfits :)

i LOVE this! you rarely find something like this in Australia so it was a great find :) i really like the pom poms too! makes it more cute hehe

3. White x Black x Brown Leopard Jumper + Scarf: 59元 = $9.83 AUD

the cool thing is that it came with a scarf/neck warmer!! pom poms are so cute :P

4. Brown Leopard quilted fur Hoodie: 115元 = $19.17 AUD

i wear this very often :) i love the leopard print inside! some of my next items including this one may look messy because i have worn them many times lol

5. Grey over sized pom pom Hoodie: 49元 = $8.17 AUD

this is so cute! and warm hehe i love the furry heart print and pockets! again, pom poms are pretty popular in clothing and accessories for Autumn/Winter in Asia :)

6. Black studded hoodie: 38元 = $6.34 AUD

the exact colour of this jacket is shown on the 3rd picture! i really like the ruffled and studded details on this jacket! so unique :)

7. Black x Gold fur Hoodie: 99元 = $16.15 AUD

again, the exact colour of this jacket is shown on the 3rd picture :) i really like wearing this! it is cool and stylish hehe i love fur hoodies!

i had to get this when i saw it! i never owned any animal themed hoodie before! plus this one has really adorable rabbit pockets :) not to mention rabbit ears on the hoodie and a cute fluffy tail at the back ^_____^

like Japan, China and HK sells really short skirts! (and it's popular among girls) i won't be surprised if it was windy and the wind blew it up and reveals your under garments lol!

this is too cute! the teddy bear and little golden studs are lovely :) i love over sized hoodies!

i love the golden motifs and lining! cream x gold is a great combination :)

okay i managed to finish some work early so i have time to post up the long postponed shopping posts!!! i will post up my LAST part of the China/HK shopping series either later tonight or tomorrow :)

Note: i haven't taken pictures of me wearing these items yet because i haven't worn half of these so i will take pics asap when i do!

i love berets! these are a nice addition to my collection :) it's Winter in Australia now so these are just right!

2. Brown x White pom pom scarf: 40元 = $6.67 AUD

3. Beige fluffy cat hat/scarf in one: 49元 = $8.17 AUD

when i first saw this i HAD to get it! they are so cute, warm and fluffy :) not to mention it's a 2 in 1 hat + scarf AND you can keep you hands warm too!

4. Black fluffy cat hat/scarf in one: 49元 = $8.17 AUD

i had to get the same item in black too :)

5. Red + Purple Houndstooth Scarves: 20元 (10元 each) = $1.67 AUD each

6. White + Leopard fluffy ear muffs: 120元 (60元 each) = $10 AUD each

i absolutely LOVE these! i've always wanted them ever since i saw them in Popteen etc, but they were rarely to be seen in shops in Australia so i was really happy to find these! (there was a light pink one too, i regret i didnt buy it at the time!)

7. Plush ear muffs (from L to R: Hot Pink, Black, Grey, Brown): 36元 (9元 each) = $1.50 AUD each

these were dirt cheap!!!! (compared to the other 2 i bought in HK) i spotted these in a small market in China :) these aren't fluffy though, they are plush! i prefer the fluffy ones more XD but these are just as cute and soft too!

8. White fluffy pom pom hat: 90元 = $15 AUD

again, i've always wanted this when i saw them in AGEHA :) Australia doesn't have this as well so i was really happy to find them in HK! i also regret i didnt buy the brown coloured version of this! :(
things in HK are much nicer and stylish compared to items from China, HK mainly have a lot of Japanese inspired items :)

9. Silver Diamante mini Crown x2: 20元 (10元 each) = $1.66 AUD each

i bought one for my best friend and one for myself as when i was coming back to Aus it was just in time for her 18th birthday at a club :) so i thought this would be something nice for the both of us to wear since we are both born in January hehe

10. 24K Gold Bracelet: 3800元 = $633.34 AUD

my grandparents bought me this :) i promised them i will never take it off, so sorry i can't take a proper picture of the bracelet by itself!

i had a look through other jewelry stores, but this one caught my eye :)
i think it's simple but stylish :)
to me, the designs reminds me of the Louis Vuitton symbols on their merchandise haha!

Hey everyone!

I know i haven't blogged for SO long...im sorry please forgive me!
i have been so busy and caught up with my Fashion work, it's very stressing and takes up most my time...I also have a job now as a club promoter so im always at the club mostly every weekend and i also spend time with my boyfriend on the weekend too...so this means that i am mostly busy everyday, every week! :(

(has my look changed in these 2 months? haha maybe not...XD)

i still remember that i have 2 more posts of my China/HK Shopping...and some make up posts too! i also have to update my banner too hehe XD

i hope all you will understand and please wait for these posts! (i know, im lagging so much...)
im trying hard to find the time to take pictures and re-size them for posting!
and im finding it hard to juggle between fashion work, job and social life =/

i also will be buying some new contacts soon since all of mine will expire this year!

they look really cool don't they? i think ill buy a pair of those too hehe

UPDATE + Nana Suzuki Inspired Make Up!

hello everyone!

long time no post! fashion work has been occupying my time, and i have been spending most weekends with my boyfriend too ^___^

today, this will be an update post with some of my recent purchases and two Nana Suzuki inspired make up hehe :)

(sporting the Nana Suzuki Inspired Make Up #2 hehe keep reading for that part!)

don't worry! i have not forgotten about my China+HK Shopping posts! i have two more parts to post up :D

i have been shopping again lately, as i don't have much time to shop weekly like i used to :(
i bought many clothes but i haven't taken pictures of them yet!

1. Black Strap Sandals from Rubi Shoes = $10AUD

2. Dalmatian Print Beret from eBay = $7.30AUD

this arrived today! it was such fast shipping, in only a week! this was the last stock, i was so happy to buy it as i don't have a Dalmatian Print beret before hehe

3. Pink x Black Polka Dot Dress = $20AUD

okay, make up time!
I don't/don't want to look like Nana, this is just an inspired make up i have created for fun because i appreciate her make up!
i tried my best to create a make up style similar to Nana Suzuki's! it was easier for me to try because i have the main products needed since she uses the exact same too! which are the MAC #7 eyelashes, and the Rich Accent Eyelashes i have shown to you in my previous post!

Nana Suzuki Inspired Make Up #1:

(this was the picture i have chosen as my inspiration! i only focus on her eye make up style)

Nana mainly uses gold and brown eyeshadow! you don't have to follow it, but these shades are natural and are commonly used on Japanese magazine models! you can always go for a change and use different combination of shades!
She also mainly does not use eyeliner along her lower eyelashes, as she lines it a little below it to create the illusion of a fuller, rounder eye! this time i have not done that, instead i lined on my lower eyelashes.
(i should probably try that kind of eye make up one day and post it!)

okay, let's start! :)
1. I first used a gold/light brown shadow as a base all over my lid stopping at my eye socket. Then i used a slightly darker brown shade on the outer eyelid.

2. Then i tight lined with a black pencil eyeliner, then lined around my eye using Maybelline gel eyeliner. After that i curled and added mascara to top and bottom lashes.

3. Added top false lashes, using MAC #7 which i LOVE!

4. Added bottom false lashes,using Japanese Rich Accent Eyelashes :) i put two lashes on each eye, starting from the outer corner along my eyeliner:

VOILA! the eye make up is done :) Nana mainly uses a baby pink shade for her cheeks, along with light pink lip gloss hehe

(love these Rich Accent Eyelashes! if you don't have a SASA store in your country, you can purchase them online!)

Nana Suzuki Inspired Make Up #2:

(the picture i chose as my inspiration! again, i only focused on her eye make up)

when i created this look, i didnt take step by step pictures ^___^" i followed the same eyeshadow procedure like the first one!

this make up is similar to the first one! the only difference there is, is that i did not line my bottom lashes, used white eyeshadow and white eyeliner in my inner corner of the eyes, and only added one lower eyelash on each eye!

i hope this has inspired you all! these two make up looks was my first attempt and i know it isn't 110% like Nana's but hopefully close enough ^___^
i will try two more different Nana Suzuki looks, only this time i will use COLORED eyeshadow, such as blue :)

last Saturday, i got my belly pierced!
i have always wanted it, and finally i have :)
it didn't hurt at all! there was only a short small pain when it was pierced, but after that it feels like there is no piercing at all! if you follow the aftercare procedures, you are all set for a safe healing!

(my best friend was with me and took this XD)

i have been excited and eagerly waiting to post this up for you!! ^___^

NOTE: i bought all these makeup mainly from the SASA and BONJOUR stores in Hong Kong! some are bought from China in department stores!

okay, let's start!

1. D.U.P Aiku Maikawa #905 Eyelashes: 75元 = $12.50AUD

i have been wanting to get a set of D.U.P eyelashes! they are popular with Popteen, Ageha models!
this style is good too! ^___^

2. KOJI Linequeen Yellow Brown eyebrow pencil: 59元 = $9.83AUD

this is good! the pencil colour is pretty thick so it won't easily break when applying! the shade is lovely too hehe

3. be CREATION Chocolat Lash eyelashes with pink chocolate eyelash case: 69元 = $11.50AUD

i love this! the lashes are a natural style! i bought this mainly because i like the pink chocolate case! there is also a brown chocolate case version! but the lashes are a different style, more thick and voluminous XD
doesn't the case look so edible?? hehe

4. Eyelash Extension individual eyelashes: 15元 = $2.50AUD

these are long and thick! hehe

5. Eyelash Extension lower eyelashes: 15元 = $2.50AUD

the packaging looks good! i am happy i got these without buying it from the SASA online store XD

6. Dejavu Fiberwig Mascara: 79元 = $13.17AUD

i've always wanted to try this out! and i LOVE it! many of my friends (female and male) compliments how long and natural my eyelashes look XD

if you haven't tried this yet, i recommend you to!
the brush is fat, but this mascara doesn't deliver thick and voluminous lashes! it gives definition and length :)

7. KOJI Eye Talk double eyelid glue: 49元 = $8.17AUD

i never used double eyelid glue for my eyelids before, because i use them as eyelash glue! but i bought this because there was good reviews and some Japanese models use it! so i decide im going to give this a try :) the packaging is so cute!

8. MISSHA Dolly eyelash: 15元 = $2.50AUD

i like these! i've worn them in a picture of my eyes a few posts ago! they also look similar to the D.U.P eyelashes! XD

9. Maybelline Lasting Drama Eye Studio gel liner: 79元 = $13.17AUD

i bought this at the Maybelline counter in a department store! i've always wanted to try this! this is very popular in Japan hehe and they don't sell this in Australia! so i am very happy i got my hands on these!

comes with the liner brush too! can't wait to try it out ^___^

10. Maybelline VOLUM' Express Cat Eyes Mascara: 89元 = $14.83AUD

once again, they don't sell this in Australia! i love the zebra pattern wand! black x pink is my favourite colour combination ^___^
this mascara defines and adds length! the mascara is in comb form rather than a brush!

11. Maybelline Pure Mineral liquid foundation sample: FREE

i got this sample for free with my Maybelline product purchases ^___^
i tried it and i like it! it's so light and doesn't feel like its there!

12. Eye Charm double eyelid glue: 5元 each = $0.83AUD

in a post i made last year, i mentioned i use this as eyelash glue!
this is really good as eyelash glue in my opinion! i always use this for it ^___^

13. be CREATION Rich Accent Eyelash: 29元 = $4.83AUD

once again i've always wanted to buy this! some Popteen models use this as lower eyelashes and they make a great extension for upper eyelashes ^____^

14. be CREATION Rich Accent Eyelash #2: 29元 = $4.83AUD

these are my FAVORITE! they make great use as lower eyelash hehe even Popteen model, Nana Suzuki uses this often!

she is one of my favorite models! she is my inspiration for eye and hair make up! ill post up a Nana Suzuki inspired make up do next time!

time for my 3rd shopping post :) about the bags i have bought!!
still a few more posts to come! im saving the best for last ;) hehe

okay let's start!

1. Anna Sui inspired cream floral chain bag: 150元 = $25AUD

i love this bag! the design and style is so feminine and cute hehe

i also have the same bag but in black! i bought this last year in a shop hehe it cost $40AUD!

2. Tan studded sling bag: 35元 = $5.83AUD

the material is very soft! i like the studded details hehe

it also came with a small strap so it could turn into a handbag :)

3. Red studded chain handbag: 40元 = $6.67AUD

this handbag is so cool! it is completely covered in studs!!!

the bottom...very cool huh?? XD

4. Brown stripe chain bag: 40元 = $6.67AUD

this bag reminds me of chocolate! i like the stripe detail hehe

the side of the bag...the chain around the bag is cool XD

5. Charcoal studded bag: 65元 = $10.83

i like using this bag to college because it is large and stylish :)

it also came with a long attachable strap so it can turn into a sling bag :)
have you noticed that studded items are still popular? XD

my other friend went to see Tila Tequila and Jeri Lee earlier this week at Melbourne before they came to Sydney! XD

how is your weekend so far??

i dyed my hair last tuesday!

this time i wanted a red shade, so i used this hair dye:

did you celebrate it with a loved one, or friends? ^____^

me, i spent it with two of my friends :)
later my girl friend left early so it was just me and my other friend hanging out at the city :)

i was so surprised to receive these roses and teddy bear from him hehe

this was how i did my eye make up:

1. Used cream coloured shadow and rose pink shadow outer corner (sorry forgot to take a proper picture without the eyeliner!)

2. Tight line upper and lower liner with pencil, then used liquid eyeliner on upper lid. Then set it with black shadow:

things are so cheap in China and HK!
especially when $1AUD = 6元 (CNY) hehe which is so good! last time when i went in 2008, $1AUD = 4元 CNY lol

Back From China + Hong Kong!!!

long time no post hehe how have you all been?!
i came back from my holiday last friday!

i wont be posting my pictures about my trip yet because i need to upload and organize it as i haven't had time to unpack all my luggage yet! ^___^"

but i like to show you some pictures for now hehe XD
i went to my 2 friend's joint birthday house party the night i came back!
this was my eye make for the night:

i have been busy, sorry!

tomorrow i will fly to China and Hong Kong for a short holiday!
it was a last minute decision made last 2 weeks ago so i won't be staying long, for 10 days only! :(
i was supposed to leave on the 13th, but tickets have been booked full :( so i will be going tomorrow morning and coming back on the 29th :)

my next proper post will be made in early February! so don't forget to look forward to it hehe :)

First Clubbing Experience + Items

hello everyone!

now that i am 18, this is the legal age in Australia where you can go clubbing!
so i went to my first club last night, and i LOVED it! i then went to a house party afterward and i am so tired right now! i am going clubbing again tonight in a different club :D

(my look and hairstyle for the night!)

this was my eye make up, the style is similar to my NYE make up except the lashes i've used this time are more full and dramatic!

1. Sweep white shadow as base, then use medium purple shade all over lid and darker purple shade in outer corner:

and i played on a UFO machine and won this cute Korilakkuma Mini Plush charm in one go! hehehehe so happy i won something myself for once XD

New Years Eve + 18th Birthday!!

sorry i haven't made a post yet, i have been busy since New Years Eve!
i went to the city with friends to watch fireworks hehe
then yesterday the 2nd, was my 18th birthday :D

hello everyone!

i never edit my pictures, but i was bored last night and decided to edit 2 pictures for fun using a Chinese editing program, here they are:

it's amazing how a little editing can really change a picture! XD

i went out with Timothy and his friends today! went to the city for purikura, karaoke and Korean restaurant XD i love my karaoke! <33

i also bought two cake charms on the way home! i love these stuff they are so cute and look so edible!! one day i hope to try making one of these stuff haha

my mum bought me this nail polish a while ago! she knew i wanted a baby blue colour so she got me this! it was funny because i tried it on last night and the colour wasn't metalic light blue in person, but more of a silver metalic shade! it looks metallic blue in the picture though XD

haha i actually wanted a pastel blue shade...but i thank my mum for trying, i like the shade though! ^_____^

i have this cork board in my room for so long, and i havent decorated it yet, so i started recently by decorating the border! next ill find some pictures to stick on XD

(the pictures next to the cork board are pictures of friends and i and ive printed them out and stuck them like a collage on my wall ^____^ such great memories! <3)

this is what ive used to decorate the border, dotted ribbon and lace together! so handy i wont have to stick them on seperately because they are stitched together!

Chocolate Love

hello everyone!

i ordered some headphones in November and they came a few weeks ago ^___^
these are called Mix-Style Headphones! they have been released last year or later, and are popular around Asia such as Japan, China and Korea! it's product design and brand is from Japan =)

(my look from yesterday wearing the headphones XD haha my hair has gone a lighter brown! though my under layers are pitch black @____@)

i had an old one i got months ago, but i accidentally dropped it and the mirror side snapped off ^____^"

i also bought a Garnier Pure 3 in 1 wash, scrub and mask to try out! $10AUS:

while i was shopping around, i realised one of the EGOIST stores is having a closing down sale =( we have two of these stores in the city and the others just sell mixed Japanese branded clothes XD but while i was inside, they had a mini temporary tattoo place!

so i got my back done to try it out XD the lady said it will last for up to a week! it was sprayed on rather than soaking water with those paper ones!
i chose a butterfly design for my back:

(many people say it looks real hehe but its not XD the difference between sprayed on ones and the water ones is that this one doesn't rub off easily!)

No Fashion, No Life!

hello everyone ^____^

today's post will be different than my usual make up posts!
my first fashion post :D
fashion plays a big part in my life, as it's part of who i am and what i like to do - designing! next time i will show you guys my works and designs ;)
im really looking forward to studying fashion design next year in college!!

i would describe my fashion style mixed. i wear whatever i want in the morning depending on my mood and the weather! sometimes i am colourful from head to toe, sometimes monotone, dark, tomboy, casual/relaxed, girly and sexy ^___^
most of the time i like to stick to the theme of the coordinate and match it up so everything goes together!
let's say, black and blue clothing with silver accessories that match my black silver chain bag! haha...

for months ever since i moved houses, i don't have a FULL LENGTH MIRROR!! >____<" so i havent taken any pictures of new coordinates i have created :( it sucks, but i hope to get one soon ^___^"
so i would like to show you guys my old coordinates taken EARLY this year! you can totally see my hair in these pictures are much shorter XD

so anyway, today i went shopping! i used to shop weekly but because of school exams a few months ago, i didnt have time and these months i've been spending my money on online stuff etc XD so today i only bought a few clothes, i should have brought more money! all shops had sales, it is crazy!

before i start, this is my eye makeup for today! i kept it easy, i didnt wear contacts today or eyliner and false lashes XD it was hot today, so i chose a summer look for my eyes hehe all i used was white and a sea green/blue shadow then mascara on top and bottom lashes:

okay so i only bought 4 items of clothing today XD they were such a bargain!!!!

excuse my flushed face, it was so hot today i had to walk home in the heat @___@ Spring/Summer in Australia is VERY hot!!! and with Global Warming...i never remembered it being this hot when i was little...=( i like Autumn/Winter now!

3. B&W Gingham Print Balloon Top $10AUS:

(this is crazy because this top is Size 14!!!!! it was the last one and i really liked it so i tried it and wow i fit it nicely! i normally wear AUS Size 8 or 10 tops XD)

4. Long Black Tunic with Chains $10AUS:

currently im trying to lose weight!
ive lost 3kgs so far after i finished school! i used to weight 53kg and now i weigh 50kg which is 110lbs (i am a shortie, i am only 155cm/5'1") ^____^
though i don't see a big difference so i hope to slim down to 40-45kgs XD
i cut off the fast food and junk food so i only sometimes have a little once in a while hehe but ive loaded on the fruits and vegies :D

i went out today, and this is my look:

i got my hair dyed back to black a few days ago XD
i haven't been blacked hair for SO long, maybe a year or two hehe so i decided to get back on the dark side!

i'm planning to dye my hair blonde in February or March ^___^ but right now im loving the black!

i started doing my hair @11am and i finished @1pm so it's 2hours again like my first formal haha and my make up took me 1.5hrs hehe
i'm so excited about how everything turned out so i HAD to post them up to show you!!

Makeup + Holiday Postponed!

hello again everyone :)

i went to the city yesterday to catch up with my friends! it's getting harder now that we don't see each other 5 days a week since we don't have school anymore! @____@
just wanna show you guys the Barbie KING Size Brown lenses i wore yesterday hehe

(my look for yesterday! my hair is so light here @___@)

i realised how comfortable these Barbie lenses are when i wear them! It also enlarges the eye very much ^___^ since they are 15.5mm in diameter XD

please don't mind about the little pink thing in the corner of my right eye ^___^" since you guys may notice that in every close up pic i take XD i was born with that and the eye specialist doctor said i won't need to remove it by an operation unless it interferes with my eyes and eyesight...so far it hasn't =)
but normally it isn't so noticeable ^___^

i've been thinking for my next hair dye, i want to go in a dark shade, so i'm deciding if i should use Palty in Bitter Cappucino which is a dark brown shade, or just dye it pitch black with an American brand dye such as Garnier or Loreal XD i haven't had black hair for years! @___@

so today i bought two new nail polishes ^___^ i haven't painted my nails for a while now, and i really need to grow them longer! but it gets in the way when you use contacts with long nails XD
i remember i chipped my first pair of contacts by accident because of my long nails and i didn't know how to handle contacts then XD

"Live" is a glittery silver shade, but i'll post a pic up later when i use it XD
"Wired" is a shiny electric blue shade! i love both of these <3 i used Wired first, so here's how it looks:

so about my Holiday to Japan, China, HK, it has been postponed :(
my holiday plans have been changing back and fourth due to my family who keeps changing their minds/opinions @___@
so now i have made the decision to postpone this holiday to mid next year! I'm not even sure if i'll be able to go Japan mid next year since I was originally supposed to go with my friends next month, unless i find other friends to go with XD so right now i know i am going China, HK and maybe Taiwan with my family next year ^____^

the Formal is in 3 days! yey ^_____^

hello everyone!
this a quick post for some items and results of my hair dye :D

okay here goes!
my best friend dyed my hair for me on Sunday with the Fresh Light Blythe hair dye in Brilliant Ash x2!

(Day 3: taken in front of a window, natural light, no artificial light in background)

i like the results! though i expected it to be more darker, but i guess the doll image and the online image (see the 2nd post from this) was misleading because it was different compared to the back of the package and end result! (see picture below)

my hair in the sunlight and in artificial light seems more lighter than the lightest shade on the box chart. Though when im indoors, its much darker, like the middle shade on the box chart! XD
i really hoped my hair would be darker even in the light! =( next time i'll try another Palty hair dye once i get regrowth XD

so this was my "before" hair colour taken last week before i dyed it XD i also had regrowth too! though you can't really see it properly in this picture hehe

see? no more regrowth visible ^_____^

i like how my hair has some really light ash/nearly 'green' looking parts, mainly on my fringe XD

okay remember my GEO CTS-103 blue wing contact lens? i took some pictures of it :)
this was taken last week:

and this was taken today at the end of the day (explains my smudged mascara/shadow XD)

so i really like these blue wing lens! when i look to the side or above, it makes a 'marble' effect! here's an example, also taken last week XD

this reminds me of GEO Blue Nudy Quarter lens! though the Wing series are more 'smoother' looking than the Nudy Quarters, as they have a pattern that makes your eyes tearful and shiny! Here's an example:

speaking of contacts, my Barbie KING Size Brown contacts have arrived last week! *cheers*
this is a pic of them in their bottles, and i will open them tomorrow to use, i'll be sure to take another pic of how it looks like tomorrow =)

so i made two comparison pictures to show you guys the difference between a GEO Angel lens and a Barbie KING size lens! this will show the differences between these two even though they look similar in a way!

Yay Arrival of Items! <3

this week some of my packages have arrived!

(my look for today! and yes, i have short fingers ^_____^")

such as the Barbie KING Size Grey Lens! Though the seller had given me the wrong style of brown ones :( Instead of KING Size Brown, i had gotten Max Series Pure Brown! it is the same size as the Barbie ones, but the style is different! so i just kept it and paid $10 (including postage) to get the correct ones i wanted! now i need to wait for it to arrive again XD

and it's so cool how it comes in a heart shaped case with eyelash glue!
to see how these eyelashes look on me, i am wearing them in the pictures in this post! XD

though i don't really like using the eyelash glue that comes with it, because i find it better to use double eyelid glue as eyelash glue! it is much stronger, even than the DUO eyelash glue too, i was also surprised that in a Scawaii magazine said the same thing too XD
so i use this Japanese double eyelid glue, called Eye Charm as my eyelash glue! i buy it on eBay because once again, it's cheap! it costs me ONLY $4AUS for 2 packs :)

(a pack comes with a double eyelid wand, since this is a double eyelid glue XD this has been my one and only eyelash glue! it's strong ^___^)

so today i went with a friend to the city to hand in my application form to study Fashion Design next year @ TAFE College XD it is competitive selection so part of the application process, i had to design/draw and do some research about fashion in 2010.
TAFE in Australia is like a foundation to study a course in University, so hopefully after 2 years of the course, i will be able to transfer to UTS (University of Technology, Sydney) and study Bachelor of Fashion Design! if i do, i will also be able to take 1 year off the course since i had alreay studied @ TAFE ^_____^
so, fingers crossed! fashion design had always been my dream career path i want to take since i was in Primary school XD but my plan B is to become a stylist in both hairdressing and make up!

Big Shopping/Beauty Update!

my last major school exams are preventing me from having much time to blog frequently!
even though i graduated, i still have to sit these last exams :(
from the 5th Nov, i will be free to blog more :D

so here are a few updates from my life XD
i went shopping today at the city, and i bought a few things!

1. Black trim straw hat: $20AUS

since it is Spring in Australia, i thought buying this hat was the right time! plus i really like the style too, just right for spring/summer ^____^
infact, this style of hat was popular in Japan earlier this year too! but now it is fall/winter for them XD

(there is a flat bow on the side too! if you can see it XD)

2. B&W gingham print + bow intimate set: $10AUS!!!!!

my, this was a bargain! i bought this at the markets, which i rarely visit and i'm glad i have today! the style is so cute too! i think ill go visit the store again another day to buy more, they are all imported from China (a reason for the low price!) and luckily the seller knew the conversion of Chinese bra sizes to Australian bra sizes ^____^"

this is my look for today when i went out, it was taken when i got home XD

so my hair colour i had since my formal, has started to fade and it's gotten lighter with more orange tints :( and i miss being dark haired!
so i've ordered some Fresh Light Blythe hair dye in Brilliant Ash! from eBay of course, i checked for it in the Japanese stores today but it wasn't in stock :( so the total for 2 packs including shipping is $33AUS! XD

my hair has gotten really long, now i need to buy 2 packs of hair dye @____@"
i'm going to dye it before my friend's formal he invited me to, so keep an eye out for another formal post! ^____^ i'm excited to dress up again hehe <3

these Barbie KING size series are very popular now in Japan and worn by many Popteen, AGEHA, EGG models ^___^ Sakurina is wearing the grey ones on this month's AGEHA cover! *see picture on right hand column!*

these KING size series are similar to the GEO Angel style lens! BUT there are differences!
1. Barbie ones are larger in diameter, 15.5mm
2. The colour is lighter in the Barbie ones so the brown or grey is more clear compared to the GEO Angel ones which are more subtle ^___^
3. The black circle ring in the Barbie ones are more thicker!

now they have released the KING size lenses in blue, green and purple :D
i personally prefer these Barbie lens compared to the GEOs :) i will post pictures on how they turn out on me when i receive them so keep an eye out for that too ^___^

i've also ordered 2 other Japanese cosmetics from eBay! XD

1.Palty Eyebrow mascara in Milk Tea Brown: $9.15AUS (the one i've ordered is the last from the right, it's more of an ash blonde shade!)

so i have been deciding a while ago, after i finish my major exams, i am going to get my belly pierced :) though right now im working hard to get a flat stomach haha i have a little roll XD i think many ladies at this time is keeping fit for a summer beach body :)
it's hard work :O im trying to run more now, with my friend, who pushes me to run more, but after 3/4 long runs i get tired X_____X so unfit haha

Update: Formal + Graduation!!

so i had my formal on the 25.9.09, and i had a wonderful time :)
the night went by so fast though!
so this was my look for the night:

(my hairstyle: curled/teased/to one side, then added a cream flower hair piece)

i had styled my own hair and done my own make up! some people thought i got them done professionally ^___^"
i had also changed my hair colour after i had bleached it! if i remember, i used loreal preferences in dark blonde vienna! i am happy with this colour now than before <3

it had taken around 2 hours to do my hair and another 2 hours for my make up XD
i was happy with the end result! <3

yesterday, on the 1st of October, i had finally graduated from high school!

Sydney Dust Storm + Palty Hair Dye RESULTS!

i woke up today around 5:30am to gusty winds, i looked out my window and i see RED/ORANGE coloured everything outside! i was wondering what was going on in my head, so i went back to sleep.

i then woke up again at 7:30am and this time, everything outside was a yellow colour because the sun had come up by then.
i then realised by news, that Sydney experienced a dust storm! it was also hard to see things clearly as the dust storm acted like a fog!

my mum called, and told me i shouldn't go to school, and so i didn't :D
my aunty and her husband was supposed to arrive from San Fransisco this morning, but due to the dust storm, all international flights have been delayed and landed in Brisbane!
i believe this morning was a rare and lovely sight, it is my first time seeing the sky and everything else covered in such a colour! XD

okay onto my hair dye results haha
well after school yesterday i dyed my hair using the Palty Sparkling Blonde bleach dye, i had to use two packs since my hair was long and one wasn't enough =/

(The colour results you will get depending on your initial hair colour [black or brown] and the time you leave it on for [15 or 30mins])

so i left the dye on my hair 30mins, and this is the result:

(my bottom part of my hair is darker but i don't mind it that way ^____^" i am also wearing my GEO Grey lens in CM 901 <3)

anyway so i would say my top hair colour is the lightest on the colour result chart, and my bottom part is the 2nd lightest from the chart! i really like the conditioner given to use after washing out the bleach! it smells really nice!

this type of blonde, i think it is a yellow kind of blonde? haha though i will re dye it to a lighter brown soon, and i think i like me in brown hair more, or maybe im just not used to being in this type of blonde ^_____^"

so my formal is this friday! i am so excited ^___^

Shopping/Palty Eyebrow Mascara + Trip to Tokyo, China, Hong Kong <3

hello everyone :)

i went shopping at the city today!
hehe i was so surprised, to see the Palty Eyebrow mascara in stock in a Japanese cosmetic store! i have been waiting for it to stock up for a while ^___^ if you want to see how it looks on me when i tried it out, please keep reading hehe!
too bad they didn't have the one in the lightest shade (see yellow package below) , so i just bought the 2nd lightest! there are 4 shades in total:

so here is the one i bought: ($26AUS)

since this is in mascara form (shorter in length than a common mascara though!) it is easy to apply to your eyebrows!

i also bought new pair of denim shorts for a steal of only $10AUS ^____^ its spring now, and now it is shorts/skirts/dresses season hehe spring and summer are my favorite seasons :D

so this is my makeup today when i went out (note: these were taken when i got home and tried out the palty eyebrow mascara ^__^)

(my usual eyebrow routine is using eyebrow pencil first, then shadow, then the mascara now :D)

i also bought this month's AGEHA :) and this month's Cosmopolitan ^__^ am going to read them now haha...
i will be shopping again tomorrow! i still got some accessories to buy for my formal haha :D

well my mother made up her mind and decided to let me go ^___^
even better, she is going to let me go China and Hong Kong which was my Plan B to go after Tokyo! i am so excited, Tokyo/China/Hong Kong from December to January!
too bad my 18th birthday (2nd Jan) won't be celebrated with my friends in Sydney :(

so yesterday, i went to Westfields Parramatta for some formal shopping! my formal is next friday so i am very excited :D
i realised it is in one weeks time so i rushed to Westfields to hurry and buy what i need haha
these are what i bought, though i still got a few more to buy this week :O

1. MAC Eyelashes in #33: $18AUS (i will cut it individually to use as lower eyelashes)

2. Maybelline Mineral Power concealer in Fair: Light 0-1: $15AUS

3. Gold chain satin clutch: $20AUS

4. Gold and pearl chain Necklace from Diva: $17AUS

and finally...
5. VS Sassoon Pro-ionic Straighten and Curl hair styler: $60AUS

VS Sassoon is the main hair styling brand i buy and use! and this tool is so convenient and handy, i can straighten and curl my hair with this one baby! the curler is 38mm which is good for loose waves ^_____^

(this is how the curling part works :D it works like any normal curler!)

(to use the straightener part, just unlock the button on the top black cap and VOILA! the straightener is opened and ready to use like any other straighteners ^_____^)

This styling tool also came with a protective heat mat hehe

(sorry about the lighting! for some reason when i take pictures of black coloured things with my Kodak camera, it looks so light! @____@" i hope to get a new camera soon XD)

well thats the end of my shopping items i bought yesterday :D i will be shopping again this week to finish buying the remaining items i need for my formal!

i will be graduating from high school in 2 weeks on the 1st Octobter! i can't believe it's ending already, time flies so fast!

so after i finish graduating and my HSC exams which i finish on 5th Nov, i may be going to Tokyo with my friend and some other of his friends in December! It was such luck his friend decided to give his apartment in Tokyo to him for the time so we won't have to spend money on living in a hotel/apartment :D
i just need to get a few more girls to come with us so my mum will let me go! *crosses fingers*

if i end up not being able to go Tokyo with him, then my back up is going China and Hong Kong with my grandparents and cousin haha XD

Update: Shopping/Contact Lens/Palty Hair Dye!

long time no post XD i've been busy again...so now its time for an update hehe

i went shopping last friday and saturday!! on friday i went to DFO and bought these new pumps from Wanted for only $30!! it originally cost $110 :D such an awesome buy!

then on saturday i went to the city, and bought a new pink dress which i am planning to wear to my friend's birthday party this saturday, and a new stripe cardigan! :D

my order of the GEO CM-901 has arrived yesterday!! i tried them on and im so happy it turned out the way i thought it would be like in the advertisement!!

my order also came with a free cute lens case with some helpful tools :D it so cute! it is the shape of a bear's face hehehe

and this is how it looks when i open it! i put my new lens inside ^___^

i will be wearing my new lens this week so ill be sure to post a close up of how it looks when i wear it :D

my formal is coming up, and i originally wanted to dye my hair in a salon, then i decided not to, and to try Palty's Sparkling Blonde hair bleach haha i bought 2 packs on eBay, total costed me $47 incldusing postage! the price is cheap though, if i bought it in a store, it would have costed me around $25-30 each pack @_____@ so now all i do is wait XD

from changing dying my hair in a salon to DIY has saved me so much money ^____^
now i still have more things to buy, but i am within my budget so yey! i don't have to take out money from my bank again haha

Prism Dolce, MAC Eyelash #7 & being picked up again

hehe well since i finished my Trials this week, i have been shopping with my days off :D
on tuesday i went to parramatta and today i went to the city hehe

i bought quite a lot of stuff, but i haven't taken pictures of them yet, only some hehe

one of the things i bought on tuesday, was when i went to the MAC section @ Meyer, and bought MAC Eyelash #7, i really love it :) too bad they didn't have #33 in stock but i'll come back next time lol

this little thing is very cool! at the top tip, is a retractable eyebrow pencil, and on the bottom, i open the lid and it shows an eyebrow comb :D

i also bought this month's AGEHA and Popteen today yey! and the prices have lowered too @___@ now AGEHA is $19.20 andpteen is $14.75!!!!)

on my way home...an Australian looking guy (with blonde hair blue eyes) walked up to me and tried to pick me up... TT___TT
he even said i was pretty in chinese hahaha i rejected him but i felt bad because he was nice and calm but oh well i wasn't interested XD he resembles the Dean from Supernatural XD

some girls may like it when guys pick them up...but for me it's a pretty scary experience lol...i just get scared XD most of the guys who try to pick me up are either white or indian...@___@"

tomorrow if Tezza's birthday bash i am so excited :D them im sleeping over at my bestie's house, which i haven't been in a while so its cool :D and then i have another party on saturday hehehe im excited :D
